Visiting a client face-to-face provides an invaluable opportunity that we have the pleasure of experiencing regularly. Last week, however, opened our eyes to a new experience. While initially our plan was to visit one client, Shelley Mundy hatched a better idea and launched a collaborative effort between her company, Cargo Transporters, and five additional nearby carriers– gracing us with the extraordinary experience of meeting with six clients at once to discuss improvements to Tenstreet’s onboarding and more.
Client Collaboration Leads to Covering New Ground
“What a great experience working with the group from Tenstreet and our peers. With the help of our Tenstreet team, we were able to create efficiencies immediately. I would encourage anyone that is thinking about attending the upcoming conference to sign up today! You will not be disappointed,” recommended Mundy.
“The ability of Tenstreet to come to us as a group and work with different carriers to offer a better experience for the drivers’ onboarding process is priceless.”Jeff Murphy, Salem
With Hilco Transport as our gracious host, we met with clients from Hilco, Cargo, Epes Transport System, Howell’s Motor Freight, Salem Carriers, and Eagle Transport. A lot of ground was covered during the day – on both new functionality and old, best practices, and cautionary tales. We touched on industry trends, and dug deep into Tenstreet’s integrated services of marketing, recruiting, safety, and onboarding.
“The ability of Tenstreet to come to us as a group and work with different carriers to offer a better experience for the drivers’ onboarding process is priceless,” shared Jeff Murphy of Salem.
The sentiment was mutual. Carlo Solorzano, an advisor at Tenstreet, concurred, “What made it so great was that multiple carriers wanted to share ideas, best practices, and collaborate together – and everybody, including us, benefited.”
Tim Crawford, CEO, expressed his gratitude in meeting Tammy Moss of Eagle Transport, who served as the impetus in Tenstreet’s onboarding solution we’d founded many years ago – and who has used the solution longer than “anybody else on the planet.” He reminisced about the day we passed the 1,000 onboarding forms mark – (though we’ve done a few more since then)!
“It was amazing to see the data that can be pulled from Tenstreet, as that has been one of my struggle points. The Tenstreet team was willing and eager to answer any questions we had; as well as give us new ideas to better streamline our processes,” Moss stated.
Always Moving Forward
We love doing everything we can do to help make the life of you, the client, easier, your solutions more integrated, and your businesses more successful. While our communications (login notices, blogs, newsletters, webinars, etc.) aim to do just that, there is absolutely no substitute for being in the same room with a client.

Brian Giff of Salem said it best: “Since engaging with Tenstreet, we have been especially pleased with the growth in applicant activity and tracking capabilities. The ease of use, the depth of product capabilities, and great customer support are impressive. The Tenstreet team is always thinking forward! I would encourage anyone to take advantage of the Group Training Sessions to maximize Tenstreet’s full potential.”
And we couldn’t agree more. If you’d like to host a similar meet-up in your neck of the woods, please contact us – we’d love to meet with you.
