Operating with an Electronic Chain of Custody
Order a drug screen in one click – really! Tenstreet now offers a mobile, paperless electronic chain-of-custody with our new onboarding service Pulse MD (Mobile Drug). One of our most exciting new services of 2018, Pulse MD allows you to schedule a driver at one of thousands of electronically-capable facilities across the United States. Drivers receive a digital barcode on their mobile device, while carriers receive status updates and results directly to Xpress. Remove the blinders and learn everything you need to know about operating with an eCCF – and find out why we’re so excited about the future of this service.
Managing Driver Management
Now with more built-in standard forms, features, and powerful reporting capabilities – our Driver Management service makes tracking drivers’ accidents, incidents, and violations easier than ever. We show you how to manage your drivers’ points (pre-hire and post-hire) by violation type, and provide a sparkline to give an easy visual of your data. Behind-the-scenes automated workflow can enroll drivers in a training course (for example, when their points exceed a certain value), and alert recruiters when a maximum point value is neared. Reports run nightly to reflect any points that have fallen off or expired, so your forms (and any associated tags) stay current. We show you several standard use cases for Driver Management in this training session – discover which configuration makes the most sense for you!
Your Onboarding & DQF Experience
Get onboard with your onboarding process, and learn how to make it better for you and your drivers. Paperless forms and mobile video training speed up the process for everyone – making for a more meaningful orientation.
