The Power of GenAI – We’ve brought AI capabilities directly into users’ Tenstreet dashboards for the first time, enabling massive efficiencies that are happening at the carrier-specific level. AI-enabled tools are specific to each client, meaning the system can handle everything based on company-specific policies and preferences.
Messaging Made Easier – Communicating with drivers is one of the most time-consuming parts of a recruiter or safety manager’s job and is also a key to maintaining connection with that driver and keeping them happy. We’ve introduced several tools this year to make communication easier and handle the more mundane parts of these conversations, letting drivers get questions answered sooner, enabling carriers to request information more easily and consistently, and more.
Location-Specific Triggers – We’ve released several TruckMap-powered features that enable specific functionalities based on a driver’s location, empowering carriers to share relevant information about their terminals, brokers, and other geographies of interest as well as send routes to drivers and view their shared locations, all making for a more connected fleet.

Xchange Summary Report Updates – Use the new search field to find specific details more easily and send Structured Messages to drivers requesting missing information.
