We hear a lot of reasons why people don’t have a few minutes to talk about Tenstreet. In the blog, let’s take a moment to address the three reasons people give most frequently.
1. “I’m busy.”
We know. And, in the most basic sense, that’s exactly why we’re reaching out to you. This is accurate and entertaining at the same time. The reality is that the smaller the company, the bigger the need is for Tenstreet. I can’t even begin to tell anyone how hard I worked trying to recruit, check applications, run back ground checks, send out employment verifications 3 times for each employer they have had… on and on it went with paper all over my desk while at the same time running the safety, compliance and the entire fleet maintenance programs. Now I scroll and click while actually calling drivers that have filled out an application.
I no longer chase leads, now I spend my recruiting time hiring, training new drivers and building our fleet up with lots of new drivers.
