Tenstreet is end-to-end software that connects carriers with drivers to facilitate marketing, recruitment, hiring, onboarding, safety management, and retention.
For both small carriers and private fleets, Tenstreet eliminates the burden of paperwork. When you log in to the Tenstreet platform, everything you need is available in one location.
Some of the solutions Tenstreet users benefit from:
- IntelliApp: Using the power of pre-population, this mobile-first job application lets drivers apply to open roles in minutes rather than hours through the power of pre-population. Once a driver fills out their IntelliApp for the first time, their data is stored, making it easy to apply to new jobs using their mobile device.
- Driver Pulse: This mobile app connects carriers to drivers. Drivers can do everything from searching for open roles to communicating about routes and receiving rewards for desired behaviors. Carriers can request paperwork, contact drivers, reach drivers with job postings, assign trainings, ensure engagement before orientation, and more.
- Safety Management & Compliance Solutions: Designed from the ground up with DOT compliance in mind, Tenstreet includes automated CSA data integration, MVA monitoring, Bulk MVR ordering, electronic EQFs, telematics integrations, efficient FMCSA Clearinghouse services, and much more.
- Job Store: This online marketplace lets carriers post open roles to 20 job boards with just a few clicks.
In short, Tenstreet helps you streamline your processes so you can grow your business – with less stress.
Tenstreet includes applicant tracking system (ATS) services like candidate tracking, automated communication, job posting across multiple platforms, and analytics for advertising spend. However, it’s also much more than an ATS.
Once you’ve hired a candidate, Tenstreet’s Driver Pulse app helps you communicate with and manage drivers to improve retention and ensure that drivers are engaged, productive, and loyal.
Tenstreet also has a robust safety management/compliance product suite that extends beyond what carriers and private fleets need during the recruitment and hiring process. Every stage of a driver’s employment, from onboarding to retention, can be managed in Tenstreet.
Pre-hire, Tenstreet works by helping carriers and private fleets attract the best candidates faster, for less ad spend. Here’s what that looks like:
- Marketing: Post and manage open jobs to multiple boards from a single hub. Take advantage of data-driven messaging, enhanced landing pages, vetted referrals, and top-tier nurturing to reach the right drivers. Use performance tracking tools that help you spend less for better candidates.
- Driver recruitment: Connect with the more than three million drivers who use Tenstreet and make it easy for them to apply for open roles with auto-complete app features. Tap the platform’s automations to free up your team’s time and ease the burden of repetitive work.
- Employment verifications: Automate resends and remove delays to get employment verifications faster. Breathe easy knowing the entire platform is structured to help you be DOT-compliant by default.
Post-hire, Tenstreet helps you manage your team and keep them happy. Here’s what that looks like:
- Onboarding: Use the Driver Pulse app to connect drivers with local drug and physical screening options and send onboarding forms and training materials to complete in the app before in-person training. This speeds up the onboarding process and reduces orientation costs by up to 40%.
- Safety management: Centralized, digital safety management tools make it easy for you to manage safety for your entire fleet.
- Engagement: Keep drivers engaged with surveys, rewards, and communication that works better than email or text. Improve retention by up to 37% with tools designed to reduce turnover and reward positive behaviors.
- Compliance: No more chasing endless paperwork: Tenstreet’s all-digital, compliance-first setup keeps you ahead of driver certifications and changing regulations.
- On-the-road optimization: Maximize fuel efficiency, slash detention time, and improve route safety and efficiency. Track and reward driver behavior in real time to create meaningful change.
Tenstreet serves two groups of people:
- Carriers and private fleet operators
- The drivers they employ
Drivers can use Tenstreet’s services for free, via our Driver Pulse app.
Security is a top priority for Tenstreet. Our clients and the users of our platform trust us every day with their sensitive data. They depend on our platform to run essential business processes. We do everything in our power to maintain that trust.
Specifically, we maintain SOC 2 Type II certification and spend hundreds of thousands of dollars to perform internal audits of our security every year. This effort is not required by law, but it’s a top priority for us because of the nature of the data we handle and the work we do.
Closely related to the question of security is the question of data privacy.
Privacy of client data is central to how we operate and it always will be. We collect and house millions of job applications that contain sensitive applicant data. Occasionally, clients ask if their data is safe with us. Yes. Will we share data with other carriers? No. Never.
Will we hold data hostage should a carrier stop using our services? No. Never.
Carrier data belongs to our clients, not to us.
For Tenstreet to work, drivers also have to trust us to store their data (for example, to make the auto-fill feature of the IntelliApp possible). To earn and sustain that trust, we take great pains to authenticate each driver before pre-populating an application, and we never send a driver’s data anywhere unless the driver themselves initiates the transfer.
Finally, we give drivers visibility into and control over how their data is used in the Application Transparency tool in Driver Pulse.
For more details, see our full privacy policy.
While compliance is mostly something that Tenstreet’s clients are responsible for, we’re proud to provide a platform that makes it much easier for carriers to stay compliant with federal and state laws, DOT regulations, contracts with background check providers, and the ever-changing world of case law unfolding in the courts.
We maintain deep expertise in these areas. Our platform is structured so that the path to staying compliant is always clear. One benefit of using Tenstreet is that clients don’t have to worry about coordinating a patchwork of overlapping systems; with Tenstreet as your single source of truth, you can easily handle a variety of compliance issues from one central dashboard.
Job Store is Tenstreet’s online marketplace where carriers can seamlessly post open positions to 20 job boards with just a few clicks.
This saves marketing teams significant time and effort in the hiring process. Job Store also offers analytics tools that let you see where your spend is most effective so you can increase the ROI of your job marketing efforts.
The IntelliApp is a mobile-friendly job application that pre-fills a driver’s information as they apply for a job. Often, drivers apply for jobs on the go, from their phones. Trying to fill out years of work history on a form not optimized for mobile can take hours – time drivers simply don’t have.
The result: abandoned applications. You lose an applicant and the driver loses a chance at a job.
IntelliApp solves this problem, reducing the time it takes to apply for a job from hours to minutes.
Driver Pulse is a mobile app from Tenstreet. It lets carriers bridge the gap to the driver market.
The app offers a suite of functionalities to make the work of driver recruitment, onboarding, and communication easier:
- Simplified job advertising
- Free applications and hires
- 35% faster Clearinghouse report returns
- Mobile-friendly onboarding
- Automated after-hours responses
- Mobile-friendly training
- Driver route and progress tracking
… and much more.
Driver Pulse is designed to save carriers time, money, and stress by automating and streamlining many of the formerly cumbersome processes associated with driver recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and retention.
No. Tenstreet does not sell driver data.
Carriers never get access to driver data unless a driver chooses to apply to an open role. Then carriers see the data as they would for any applicant and only if the driver gives their permission. Carriers will only see and pay for matches that meet their job requirements.
Tenstreet does not and has never sold driver data or leads.
First of all, it’s important to note that the privacy of Tenstreet users’ data is a central foundation that we’ve always maintained and always will. Drivers trust us to collect and house millions of job applications containing sensitive applicant data, and we take that trust seriously. We recognize that this data is as critical to their career as their next trip is to their schedule.
Occasionally drivers wonder if their data is safe with us: are we going to share their data with carriers they didn’t apply to? Are we going to sell it? The answers to these concerns are no and never.
Driver data belongs to the driver, not to us. Put simply, to share that data with other carriers or to sell it would go against everything we believe in. We won’t do it – we never have and we never will.
To view and manage data history, drivers can click into the Application Transparency view in Driver Pulse. This feature gives drivers greater visibility into where they’ve shared their application data and what companies have access to it. The feature also gives drivers more control over how they can be contacted (by email, text, or the Driver Pulse app).
In this view, drivers can understand how various companies got access to their information and opt to be contacted by them differently or not at all. Again: it’s drivers’ data. They get to control who has access.
The Tenstreet User Conference is an annual event that brings together Tenstreet customers and industry experts to discuss the state of the industry, get a sense of what's coming next, and network with peers and colleagues.
User Conference attendees also get a sneak preview of upcoming Tenstreet functionality, and often a chance to experience new features before anyone else. They can attend breakout sessions for more information on the topics they care about most and book one-on-one time with Tenstreet experts to make sure they’re getting the most from their Tenstreet instance.
Tenstreet delivers ROI to carriers in several ways. Among the easiest to measure:
- Free apps: By including open jobs on your company’s profile page in Driver Pulse, you open yourself to free applications from drivers who are looking for work. On average, Driver Pulse users see 49% of what they pay returned to them via free apps.
- Reduced hiring costs: Use our Origins software in Job Store to track job ads from listing to hire so you can target ad spend where it has the highest ROI. The bottom line: more applications for less ad spend.
- Reduced time to hire: When you can’t afford to leave a position open, minimize time to hire with Pulse Match, which matches qualified drivers to ideal jobs.
- Reduced onboarding time and costs: Tenstreet lets you onboard faster and reduce onboarding costs by 40%.
- Increased retention: Use driver communication tools, rewards, sweepstakes, and more to boost retention and therefore reduce costly turnover.
